The room was very clean upon arrival and had reverse cycle air conditioning in each room. Staff helped find a replacement tour when ours got cancelled. The cafe had very good coffee and snacks (I enjoyed the muffins).

The cafe had great coffee and snacks available on site. There is also a restaurant, though I didn't get a chance to eat there. A beer brewery nearby provides another dining option.

The location is ideal. It's close to attractions. A car is needed for reaching the shops, but the Discovery Centre is nearby. Charles Knife Gorge is easily accessible.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They assisted with tour cancellations and finding replacements (which I appreciated). The check-in process was quick and easy.

check-in was efficient. the a/c worked well and made the warmer days more bearable. almost all of the essentials were available. the accommodation was a nice break.

the floorboards creaked. i could hear the occupants next door easily.

cabin location friendly service spacious room confusing signage unclear direction parking bay

The cabin was clean and spacious. the wifi worked well. i really liked the friendly service. They helped me out after another accommodation was cancelled. the late check in was very useful.

Check in was a little confusing. the signage wasn't very clear. i had trouble finding my cabin at first. the allocated parking bays were opposite the cabin location. This made unloading difficult.

The location was good. It gave me quick access to the town center. I also liked that Town Beach was nearby. The restaurant on site provided a good option for meals.

The room was quite basic. It was like it was just one level above glamping. The room didn't include a kettle. I had to walk to the communal kitchen to get hot water for tea.
